Call for spring School.

Cari amici, stiamo organizzando la nuova spring school 2018. sarà una occasione speciale per progredire nello studio e un’ottima
opportunità per sostenere esami di vario livello. abbiamo cercato di fare tesoro dell’esperienza passata per ottimizzare ancora di più i tempi e le occasioni di incontro con gli insegnanti. ci sarà Roddy MacLeod M.B.E., ci sarà un altro insegnante del National Piping Centre, e ci sarà Alberto Massi.
DOVE la scarsità di tempo a disposizione ci ha costretti a muoverci su strade già
tracciate, che però ci auguriamo rivestano per tutti una piacevole location per la scuola: CALAMBRONE presso Il Cenacolo.
Questo ostello ha già ospitato tre gathering ed è adatto anche alla spring,
avendo tre possibili stanze per lo studio ed eventuali esami. E’ raggiungibile con facilità da ogni angolo d’Italia, in pratica si arriva a Pisa (aeroporto o stazione) e poi ci sono bus regolari che portano proprio davanti alla struttura.
QUANDO da giovedì 26 a domenica 29 aprile. QUANTO come sapete il BIG/API cercherà di avere alla fine un conto 0 tra costi e
ricavi, non abbiamo nessuna velleità di guadagno ma vogliamo cercare di dare a tutti l’opportunità di un evento così prezioso per la propria formazione come piper. Ogni partecipante in più ci consentirà di abbassare i costi, motivo per ciascuno di voi di fare pubblicità e essere in tanti! Non possiamo pertanto quantificare esattamente il costo, ma per essere realisti si parlerà di circa 300-400 euro corso e pensione completa inclusi (sono esclusi il viaggio e gli esami che tra l’altro variano nel costo anche da livello a livello). Sarà possibile venire alla spring con accompagnatori, che durante i corsi potranno andare al mare, dalla struttura basta attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia o a visitare Pisa c’è un bus che porta in centro o andare a visitare il parco di San Rossore a soli 20Km, i più “avventurosi possono fare un giro a Firenze circa 90 km o vagare per la bellissima campagna e costa toscana

We are trying to organize our next spring school.
Roddy MacLeod M.B.E. and another National Piping Centre teacher will join us to form a very strong teaching team, with also Alberto Massi as supplementary support. We will try to take advantage from your feedback and suggestions in order to propose an even more exciting and useful piping event.
WHERE
We have decided to utilize the Calambrone – il Cenacolo (the one we used for three BIG gatherings), located on the seaside between Livorno and Pisa. It is fairly easy to be reached and has three different rooms we could use for teaching.
WHEN
from april 26th (thursday) to 29th (sunday)
HOW MUCH…
As usual we will try to keep costs at the lowest level possible, every single piper attending the school will contribute to keep the prices low. As a general reference, the cost would be between 300 and 400 euros, which includes accommodation and teaching. Trip and examination fees are excluded.
We kindly ask you to informally call your interest for the school before december 14th, so that we can have a clue about possible attendance. This is not a real booking, that will take place from. Genuary 1st to February 28th. Just an interest call!
It will be possible to come to the spring school with chaperons, who can go to the sea during the courses, from the hotel just cross the road to be on the beach or to visit Pisa there is a bus leading into the center or going to visit the park of San Rossore at only 20Km, the most adventurous ones can take a ride around Florence about 90 km or wander through the beautiful countryside and Tuscan coast.
